Singapore Grill offers unique dishes from different ethnic crusines, such as Singapore Chicken Satay, Shrimp with blue cheese sauce, crab cake, lettuce wrap, Korean Bulgoigi and Kal-bee with Kim Chee, Thai Basil Chicken and Sushi. Chef Bruce specials are Filet Mignon wrapped with Chilean Seabass, Grilled Halibut with portabella mushroom, Blackened Salmon with portabella cream sauce, Seared Ahi Tuna with wasabi and mayonnaise, Augus New York Strip with red wine sauce, Diamond beef, China Town Grilled, Carlo's Filet Mignon, Bacon Wrap Scallop, Steak and Lobster Tail.

Singapore Grill was set up by Chef Bruce Liou and his wife Marsha Liou. Chef Bruce was born in South Korea. He was raised in a chinese restaurant that his parents owned. At a young age he often wondered around the kitchen. By age 12 he was able to make noodles by hands. His father would teach him the recipes of difference of the dishes and sauces. He also learned Korean cooking while growing up in Korea. At age 15 his family immigrated to the United States. He continued to work hard to learn more in the restaurant. 11 years later he opened his first chinese restaurant, Singapore Grill with his wife Marsha in Rockford, Illinois. Singapore Grill offers a nice range of fish, steaks, pasta, sushi and home made desserts. The menu also includes Singapore, Thai and Korean dishes. The dishes were uniquely created and designed from his 30 years of exprence and knoweledge while he travelled to Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Thailand and Malaysia. Chef Bruce makes his own sauces and salad dressings from scratch daily.
Marsha Liou is a Singaporean born and raised in Singapore. She loves to travel and it was during her travel to the United States that she came to know Chef Bruce. Together the couple strived for the best to make Singapore Grill an unique and enjoyble dining experience for all who come.
